Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, following up with customers, and maintaining positive client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products/services and answer customer questions.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments or follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Follow up on pending leads and customer requests.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with sales and support teams when required.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/software tools.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Prior telecalling/customer service/sales experience is preferred.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (customize as needed).
