Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle and direct the Inside Sales and Operations teams to achieve business targets
- Increase the value of existing customers while acquiring new clients
- Identify, develop, and penetrate new markets to improve sales and revenue
- Attend and lead sales and operations meetings; ensure action points are executed
- Train, mentor, and guide team members for performance improvement
- Develop and implement growth strategies focused on financial gains and customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, markets, and customer needs
- Arrange and participate in business meetings with prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records of operations, sales, revenue, MIS, CRM reports, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Prepare, submit, and negotiate accurate and timely quotations
- Manage client relationships, stakeholder coordination, and issue resolution effectively
