We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive sales and expand distribution for premium accessory brands focused on Apple & Microsoft devices. The candidate should have strong relationships with retail partners, resellers, and modern trade outlets, along with proven experience in channel sales.

🔹 Develop and manage channel partners (retailers, resellers, distributors)
🔹 Drive sales growth for Apple & Microsoft compatible accessories
🔹 Appoint new dealers and expand market coverage
🔹 Manage key accounts including premium electronics & modern retail stores
🔹 Execute sell-out plans, promotions, and merchandising activities
🔹 Monitor inventory levels, forecasting, and order planning
🔹 Coordinate with marketing team for brand visibility & product launches
🔹 Track competitor activities and provide market insights
🔹 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
🔹 Requirements:
🔹 3–8 years of experience in channel sales (mobile/computer accessories preferred)
🔹 Strong network with premium retail & IT resellers
🔹 Experience handling accessory brands preferred
🔹 Strong negotiation & relationship management skills
🔹 Self-driven with strong execution capability
🔹 Willingness to travel within assigned territory
🔹 Preferred Background:
🔹 Experience with Apple ecosystem accessories
🔹 Experience working with distributors/importers
🔹 Exposure to premium/lifestyle tech brands
💰 Salary & Incentives:
🔹 Fixed: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 (as per experience & skills)
🔹 Incentive: ₹50,000+ (as per performance)
