Process: IDFC First Bank - Sales / Service Executive

Location: Jui Nagar, Navi Mumbai


Job Description:

We are hiring Sales/Service Executives to handle customer interactions, provide banking support, and assist in sales activities. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth customer experience.


Job Role:

  • Sell banking products like Personal Loans, Savings Accounts & Mutual Funds
  • Handle customer service and relationship management
  • Achieve sales and service targets

Eligibility:

  • Graduate Mandatory
  • Good Communication Skills (V4)
  • CIBIL Score: Minimum 650
  • Age Limit: Up to 32 Years
  • Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

Salary:

  • Freshers: ₹18,000 In-hand
  • Experience (1-2 Years): ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 In-hand

Shift & Benefits:

  • Fixed Day Shift: 10 AM - 7 PM
  • Sunday Fixed Off
  • 2nd & 4th Saturday Off
  • All Bank Holidays Off
