JOB SUMMARY

Responisble for making outboound/inbound calls, explaining products/services, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.


  • Make calls to potential or existing customers.
  • Explain product details and answer queries.
  • Generate leads and follow up regularity.
  • Maintain call records and update customer information.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets.
