Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and assist them with their orders.
- Operate the POS billing system accurately.
- Accept payments through Cash, UPI, Cards, and Digital Wallets.
- Handle billing, issue receipts, and maintain cash accurately.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth order flow.
- Resolve basic customer queries professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter.
- Perform end-of-day cash reconciliation and submit reports.
- Follow company SOPs and maintain discipline at work.
