Channel Sales Manager – Mumbai

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and data generation targets.

• Develop new channel partners and manage existing DSAs for improved performance.

• Ensure partner compliance with MHRIL policies.

• Generate regular productivity reports and maintain MIS.

• Prepare budgets and achieve financial targets.

• Explore new opportunities while strengthening existing ones.

• Recruit and select DSA manpower; train and lead channel sales force and sales representatives.

• Provide market information (competition, potential, and market data).

• Define revenue/sales targets for assigned partners.

• Conduct quarterly productivity reviews and drive growth.

• Maintain MIS for channel market.

• Focus on horizontal and vertical growth (recruiting new DSAs, opening new markets, and developing existing ones).

Candidate Specification:  

·       Strong Channel sales Experience in Telecom/Travel/Real Estate/Insurance/Broking industry 

·       Strong relationship and people management Skills

·       High Customer Centricity 

·       Knowledge of Markets and Vendor Management 

·       Strong presentation and analytical skills 

·       Should have 2-3 years’ experience of managing the local territory and should have managed min 5-7 partners in the current role 

·       Willing to travel extensively
