Your primary responsibility is to resolve customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a positive experience. Utilize your strong communication and problem-solving skills to address customer needs efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues. Job Specification:
* Minimum qualification required is HSC pass.
* Candidates must have good verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Basic knowledge about computers and MS Office & Excel.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and tools.
