Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join a fast-growing Gen Z Beauty & Skincare Brand – Sammmm.


📍 Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai (On-site)

 💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month

 🕘 Timing: 9 AM – 6 PM

 📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday

 💻 Interview Mode: Virtual


Key Responsibilities:

 ✔️ Order Confirmation Calls

 ✔️ RTO & Delivery Follow-ups

 ✔️ Customer Feedback Calls

 ✔️ Customer Relationship & Retention Activities


Requirements:

 🔹 Female candidates (Age: 20–25 years)

 🔹 Strong communication skills

 🔹 English is mandatory

 🔹 Proficiency in at least one regional language: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam

 🔹 1+ years of experience preferred

 🔹 Freshers with excellent beauty/skincare knowledge can also apply

 🔹 Passion for beauty, skincare, and makeup
