Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Executive / DSA Backend Executive to join our growing team.
- Key Responsibilities:Call and communicate with potential leads and customers.
- Follow up regularly with clients regarding their applications and requirements.
- Coordinate and communicate with bankers and financial institutions.
- Handle backend documentation and application processing.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/data sheets.
- Generate new leads through calls and referrals.
- Track application status and ensure timely completion of processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and banking partners.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales and business targets.
- Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, banking, finance, or DSA operations preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp, Internet).
- Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
