Job Description
Oversee day-to-day site operations and monitor to project timelines and specifications - Coordinate with Architects, PMC, Contractors, Vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution, if needed. - Monitor quality of materials and workmanship; enforce safety and compliance standards, wherever needed. - Follow up and review project schedules, progress reports, and cost estimates. - Active role in vendor evaluation, and contract supervision. - Ensure documents are available for certifications and regulatory submissions - Resolve on-site issues and propose practical solutions to avoid delays - Liaisoning with local/government offices/persons
