Civil Engineer

We're Hiring *Civil Engineer (Home Inspector)*

Location: Borivali *(4/5 Visits In a month to pune)*

Salary Range: ₹2.00 LPA - ₹2.80 LPA

Experience: Freshers 

Job Type: Full-time, On-site 

Department: Home Inspection & Quality Assurance

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Travel to customer locations (homes, offices, etc.) in Mumbai and Pune to perform property 

inspections.

• Measure and prepare AutoCAD floor plans of the premises using appropriate tools.

• Perform non-invasive, visual examinations of accessible areas using the latest inspection 

tools.

• Record observations and defects using a mobile application (text, checklist, and 

photographs).

• Ensure the accuracy, detail, and clarity of observations.

• Explain findings to supervisors or customers as needed.

• Recommend improvements to the inspection process and tools.

• Adhere to safety guidelines and use prescribed tools correctly.

• Ensure timely completion of the inspection lifecycle. 

• Collaborate with the team and contribute to process improvements.

*Desired Candidate Profile:*

• Qualification: Civil Engineer (Diploma/Degree).

*• Skills Required:*

o Subject matter expertise and willingness to learn new processes.

o Ability to work in a startup environment with a flexible approach.

o Good communication skills and a team player.

o Strong customer-centric attitude.

o Adherence to deadlines and high levels of integrity and commitment.

• Experience: Freshers welcome. However, any prior experience in civil engineering or 

property inspection will be a plus.
