Job Description
- Supervision & Leadership:
- Directs and manages on-site staff, subcontractors, and their work, ensuring all activities comply with project plans and safety regulations.
- Safety & Health:
- Implements and enforces health and safety protocols, conducts site inspections to identify and eliminate hazards, and provides safety training to the workforce.
- Project Oversight:
- Monitors project progress, ensures adherence to schedules and budgets, and coordinates the timely delivery of resources like materials and equipment.
- Quality Control:
- Conducts inspections to ensure the quality of completed work meets project standards and building codes.
- Communication:
- Acts as a liaison between project managers, workers, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on site activities and resolving issues.
- Documentation:
- Prepares and maintains site-related documents, including daily logs, inspection reports, and safety reports.
