Job Description
We’re Hiring: Civil Engineer – PMC (Redevelopment Projects) | Mumbai
Are you a Civil Engineer with hands-on site experience and an interest in redevelopment projects? We’re looking for someone who can bridge site execution, documentation and coordination within a PMC environment.
📍 Location: Borivali, Mumbai (Site + Office Role)
🕒 Experience: 1–5 Years
🎓 Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
🔍 Role Highlights
- Site supervision & construction progress monitoring
- Quality checks as per approved drawings
- Coordination with developers, contractors & site teams
- Preparation of progress reports & milestone tracking
- Technical review of plans and execution
- Understanding of key redevelopment documents
- Assisting in *tender documentation preparation* for society redevelopment projects
🧠 Key Skills Required
- Strong understanding of construction & site execution
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Exposure to tender documentation (preferred)
- Good reporting & coordination skills
- Practical, problem-solving approach
