🎯Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and energetic HR Executive to drive bulk hiring for Sales and other roles across multiple verticals. This role requires hands-on experience with job portals, high-volume sourcing, and pipeline management to consistently deliver strong hiring numbers.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for Sales and other roles
- Create & optimize job postings on Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
- Source and screen high volumes of candidates efficiently
- Conduct telephonic screenings (communication & role fit)
- Schedule & coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Track hiring metrics & achieve monthly targets
- Improve processes to enhance speed, quality & efficiency

- 2+ year experience in bulk / volume hiring
- Strong knowledge of job portals & sourcing channels
