ob Title: Executive – HR OperationsLocation: Navi Mumbai, IndiaExperience: 2–3 YearsIndustry Preference: BPO / KPO / ITES background (Highly Preferred)Employment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are seeking a vibrant, process-driven, and employee-centric HR Operations Executive to manage our end-to-end HR operations at our Navi Mumbai office. In this role, you will own the entire employee lifecycle—from seamless onboarding to smooth exit management. You will also lead employee engagement initiatives, serve as the primary point of contact for grievance handling, and ensure all day-to-day employee processes run efficiently.

Given the fast-paced nature of our operations, experience working in a BPO or volume-hiring environment is highly preferred, as you will need to comfortably manage high-volume employee transactions and maintain a strong presence on the floor.

  • Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Employee Lifecycle ManagementOnboarding & Induction: Seamlessly manage the day-one joining formalities for new hires, including document collection, background verification (BGV) triggers, employee code generation, and conducting engaging HR inductions.
  • HRMS & Data Management: Maintain and audit 100% accurate digital and physical employee records in the HRMS, tracking updates like transfers, promotions, and reporting manager changes.
  • Exit Management: Manage the entire offboarding process, including resignation tracking, conducting exit interviews to capture feedback, coordinating department clearances, and initiating the Full & Final (F&F) settlement process.
  • 2. Grievance Redressal & Employee RelationsFloor Presence: Maintain an active and approachable presence on the BPO operations floor to understand employee pulse and address real-time issues.
  • Grievance Management: Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and conflicts regarding payroll, policies, rosters, or workplace environment. Ensure timely resolution in line with company policies.
  • 3. Employee Engagement & CultureEngagement Initiatives: Design, plan, and execute monthly employee engagement calendars, including floor activities, festival celebrations, rewards & recognition (R&R) events, and town halls.
  • Fun at Work: Drive initiatives aimed at reducing attrition and boosting employee morale in a high-pressure shift environment.
  • 4. Daily HR Processes & ComplianceAttendance & Payroll Input: Coordinate with operations team leads to track daily attendance, shifts, and leave data, providing clean inputs to the payroll team monthly.
  • Letter Issuance: Prepare and issue official corporate letters, including confirmation letters, appraisal letters, warning letters, and experience certificates.
  • Required Skills and QualificationsEducation: Graduate in any stream; an MBA or Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources is a strong plus.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of core experience in HR Operations. Prior experience in a BPO/ITES setup is heavily preferred due to the familiarity with 24/7 rosters, volume management, and fast-paced metrics.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HRMS tools (e.g., people strong) and intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables for data reporting).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to confidently present during inductions and handle sensitive employee escalations.
  • Shift Flexibility: Comfort working in a dynamic environment aligned with BPO operational timelines.
