Job Description
Looking for a dynamic HR Executive (Recruitment & Operations) to manage our end-to-end talent acquisition and employee lifecycle processes. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, managing the complete onboarding and document verification journey for new hires, and maintaining meticulous, confidential digital and physical employee records, including attendance and leave logs. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations, hold a Graduate degree, possess strong communication skills, and be highly proficient in MS Excel and basic HRIS tools to smoothly handle both active hiring and structured backend operations.
