Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end overseas recruitment processes. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the placement of candidates for international assignments while ensuring compliance with client requirements, immigration regulations, and recruitment standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates for overseas job opportunities through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and international clients.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
Verify candidate documents, qualifications, and employment history.
Assist candidates with visa, passport, medical, and other deployment-related documentation.
Communicate job requirements, compensation packages, and relocation details to candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with overseas clients and recruitment partners.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, immigration requirements, and company recruitment policies.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reports.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in overseas or international hiring.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
Familiarity with visa procedures, international employment regulations, and documentation requirements is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
