## Key Responsibilities

* Supervise daily on-site construction operations.

* Manage and coordinate labor and subcontractors.

* Ensure work complies with blueprints and drawings.

* Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.

* Maintain daily progress reports and logs.

* Enforce strict on-site safety protocols.

* Track project timelines and report delays.

* Inspect quality of workmanship and materials.

## Requirements and Qualifications

* Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.

* Minimum 2 years of field experience required.

* Strong understanding of construction methods.

* Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
