Site Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate will ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards and project specifications.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily construction activities and monitor work progress.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor material usage and coordinate timely delivery of construction materials.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct daily site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure quality control and resolve on-site technical issues.
• Monitor workforce attendance and productivity.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project managers.
• Maintain site records, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure projects are completed within scheduled timelines.
• Required QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
