Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Entry & Processing
Enter, update, and maintain data in computer systems
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information
2. Handling Equipment
Operate printers, scanners, and other hardware devices
Ensure proper functioning of all computer equipment
3. Documentation
Maintain logs of system activities and operations
Prepare reports as required
4. Claim Processing & Customer Communication
Handle claim closing process efficiently as per company procedures
Communicate with customers to resolve claim-related queries
Update customers on claim status and required documentation
Close claims accurately using company software/system
Verify all claim details before final closure
Maintain proper records of all claim transactions
