Client Service Executive

Location: Mumbai (Goregaon East)

Experience Required: 5–6 Years (Advertising Agency Background Mandatory)

CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA

Should have own Laptop

Key Responsibilities 

Manage end-to-end client communication and servicing for multiple accounts

Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable deliverables for internal teams

Coordinate with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure timely and quality output

Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and ensure smooth execution

Present ideas, campaigns, and updates confidently to clients

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding existing accounts

Ensure all projects are delivered within scope and budget

Requirements 

5–6 years of experience in an advertising agency (mandatory)

Strong understanding of advertising, digital, and integrated campaigns

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

 Work Structure 

5 days working from office (Mumbai – Goregaon)

2 Saturdays working in a month
