Ø Location: Mumbai (Dadar & Jogeshwari)

Openings: 15 Positions

Eligibility:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass & above
• Fresher’s & Experienced candidates both welcome
• DRA Certification (Preferred)

Key Skills:

• Strong communication skills
• Good command over English, Hindi & regional language
• Patient, well-mannered & customer-focused approach
• Strong convincing & negotiation abilities

Collection Managers

Ø Locations: Chennai & Bangalore

Openings: 2 Positions

Eligibility:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in debt recovery/collections
• Proven leadership experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead calling + field collection teams (approx. 25 members)
• Drive performance, recovery targets & team productivity
• Training, mentoring & development of team members

• Strong leadership & people management skills
• Professional, composed & solution-oriented mindset
