🔹 Job Summary:

Collection Field Executive ka main role assigned customers se field visit ke through outstanding payments collect karna, follow-up maintain karna aur company ki collection policy ke according recovery ensure karna hoga.


🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assigned area me field visits karna for payment collection
  • Customers se professional tarike se baat karke dues clear karwana
  • Daily collection report submit karna (cash/online details)
  • Customer verification & address confirmation karna
  • Delay cases me regular follow-up maintain karna
  • Company ki compliance & recovery guidelines follow karna
  • Field visit ki proper updating system/app me karna
  • Customer issues ko branch ya reporting manager ko escalate karna
