Commis Chef

We are looking for a dedicated Commi Chef to support our kitchen operations and specialize in high-quality non-vegetarian cuisine. You will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in daily preparations and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly, including managing operations independently in their absence.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing mutton gravies, biryanis, and chicken starters, while maintaining high standards of food safety and kitchen hygiene.

Specialty Focus: Expertly handle the preparation of tandoori starters, specifically mastering the art of seekh kebabs and various non-veg appetizers.

Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional QSR kitchen with a solid foundation in Mughlai or North Indian non-veg cooking.

Skills: QSR, Strong knife skills, knowledge of meat cuts/marinations, and the ability to follow recipes with precision and consistency.
