Job Description
The Commi Chef supports kitchen operations by assisting in the preparation and cooking of Continental and Asian dishes, ensuring quality, hygiene, and consistency as per the restaurant standards. Assist in preparation and cooking of Continental & Asian dishes (Chinese, Thai, basic Pan-Asian)
Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
Ensure hygiene and cleanliness as per kitchen SOPs
Support senior chefs during service (rush hours)
Maintain proper storage and handling of ingredients
Check freshness and quality of raw materials
Work as a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
