Community Outreach Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying candidates to be enrolled as volunteers for the campaign
• Influence Government officials, Politicians, Municipal officers, Leaders in their respective area to join the campaign, convince them to help you with respect to approval, data collection etc
• Documentation and report making for Government officials, Politicians, Municipal officers, Leaders
• Conduct cold calling and reach out to the prospective volunteers
• Convince the candidates to enrol as volunteers for the campaign by speaking about the campaign details
• Gaining support for the campaign by recruiting & increase signups by the volunteers
• Post enrolment, engage with the volunteers through follow up calls for continued relationship
• Ensure that the volunteers are present if required for different interventions online/ offline
• Get them excited about the various campaigns, online and offline for participation
• Independently create the database for the volunteer outreach
• Analyse the responses and come up with solutions for increasing the outreach
• Own and execute the various campaigns in the designated city
• Ensure the implementation of all programs in your designated city

 Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in social or political campaigns
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Experience in leading the team of volunteers
• Experience in executing campaigns
• Experience in recruiting and engaging volunteers
• Experience in writing reports for Government officials, Politicians, Municipal officers, etc
