🛡️ Compliance Officer – Stock Market BPO Process
📍 Location: Bhandup West, Mumbai
💰 Salary: As per Interview & Experience
📈 Experience Required: 1–3 Years (Stock Market Compliance Mandatory)
📌 Job Role
We are hiring a Compliance Officer for our Stock Market BPO Process. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring employee activities, client communication, and operational processes to ensure compliance with company policies and stock market regulatory guidelines.
✅ Key Responsibilities
📞 Monitor telecalling activities, client calls, chats, and CRM remarks
📋 Ensure proper stock market disclaimers are shared in all communications
⚠️ Identify false commitments, misleading statements, and policy violations
📝 Maintain compliance reports, audit records, and warning documentation
🎯 Train employees on compliance policies and communication standards
🤝 Coordinate with management regarding compliance issues and disciplinary actions
🎓 Required Skills
✔️ Experience in Stock Market/BPO Compliance Process is mandatory
🗣️ Good communication, observation, and reporting skills
💻 Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM, and compliance monitoring
📚 Professional, disciplined, and detail-oriented approach
🕘 Working Details
⏰ Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
📅 Week Off: Sunday Fixed Off
