Computer Typist

📝 Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Document Preparation & Typing Executive to prepare, format, and manage official documents accurately. The candidate should have good typing speed, strong attention to detail, and basic knowledge of MS Office tools.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Typing and formatting documents, reports, letters, and certificates.

Preparing official documents as per company standards.

Maintaining proper filing and record management (physical & digital).

Reviewing documents for errors in grammar, spelling, and formatting.

Converting handwritten or scanned documents into digital format.

Coordinating with internal departments for document-related requirements.

Ensuring confidentiality of company information.

🔹 Required Skills:

Good typing speed (minimum 30–40 WPM preferred).

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and basic computer knowledge.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Basic knowledge of document formatting and drafting.

Good communication skills.

Ability to meet deadlines.

🔹 Qualification:

Graduate (Any stream).

Computer certification preferred.

🔹 Salary:

As per industry standards (based on experience & skills).
