### Job Description:

We are looking for a **Computer Operator cum Sales Coordinator** to support our sales and administrative team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Handle day-to-day data entry and maintain accurate records.

* Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents.

* Coordinate with customers and the sales team regarding orders and deliveries.

* Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.

* Maintain customer databases and update sales reports.

* Follow up with clients for order status and pending payments.

* Perform general office administration and documentation.

**Requirements:**

* Graduate in any discipline.

* 1–3 years of experience as a Computer Operator, Sales Coordinator, or in a similar role.

* Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

* Strong communication and coordination skills.

* Basic knowledge of ERP software will be an added advantage.

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
