Job Description
- Contract Management & DocumentationDraft, review, and coordinate contract agreements between the company and external parties/vendors/clients.
- Ensure all agreements and legal documents are properly maintained, updated, and archived.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for contract execution and approvals.
- Monitor contract validity, renewals, amendments, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation records, files, and confidential data in an organized manner.
- Support management in preparing official correspondence, agreements, and documentation-related tasks.
- Procurement ResponsibilitiesAssist in procurement activities as and when required.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, and purchase-related discussions.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up for material/service delivery.
- Maintain procurement records and vendor documentation.
- Support in vendor comparison, negotiation, and procurement process coordination.
