Job Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Identify and connect with HR, Procurement, Admin, Marketing, and CXO-level decision-makers.
• Schedule client meetings and understand corporate gifting requirements.
• Present customized gifting solutions and convert leads into customers.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
• Manage sales pipeline, CRM updates, and weekly sales reports.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Business Development.
• Comfortable with lead generation and outbound sales activities.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant sales experience.
