Job Title: Cold Outreach Executive
Role Overview
You’ll drive first-level conversations with corporates through cold emails and cold calls, representing the founder’s voice. The focus is on opening doors—not hard selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Send high-quality cold emails to corporate decision-makers (HR, Marketing, Admin, CXOs)
- Make cold calls to introduce Kermis Events and spark interest
- Research companies and personalize outreach (no mass spam)
- Follow up consistently across email and calls
- Track conversations and responses in a simple CRM/sheet
- Optimize messaging based on response rates
What We’re Looking For
- Strong spoken + written communication
- Confidence in cold calling (this is important)
- Ability to keep emails crisp, relevant, and non-salesy
- High ownership and consistency in daily outreach
- Prior experience in outbound / telesales / lead gen is a plus
Daily Output Expectations
- 60–80 personalized emails/day
- 20–30 cold calls/day
- Structured follow-ups

- Quality replies (not just volume)
- Meetings booked with relevant decision-makers
- Strong first impression of Kermis Events
