Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers, taking orders, processing payments, serving bakery, café, and gelato products, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with product selection.
  • Take orders and process billing through the POS system.
  • Upsell products and promote ongoing offers.
  • Replenish displays and monitor product freshness.
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
  • Handle cash and digital payments accurately.
  • Support opening, closing, and daily store operations.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a café, bakery, restaurant, or retail (freshers welcome).
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic POS and cash-handling knowledge.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
