Job Description

CRO (Customer Relationship Officer) – GalleryWe are hiring Customer Relationship Officers (CRO) for Airtel Gallery.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle walk-in customers at the gallery/store
  • Promote WiFi/Broadband connections and Postpaid SIM sales
  • Achieve daily sales targets
  • Assist customers with billing, recharge, SIM activation, and service-related queries
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support daily store operations and reporting
  • Candidate Requirements:Graduation mandatory
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Sales or telecom experience preferred
  • Comfortable achieving daily targets
  • Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
  • Positive attitude and customer handling skills
