Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Female Jewellery Retail Sales Executives to join our retail team. The role involves assisting customers, showcasing jewellery collections, and driving in-store sales while delivering an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in understanding jewellery designs and collections
• Explain product features including diamonds, gold, gemstones, purity, and pricing
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment coordination
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain showroom display, stock presentation, and cleanliness
• Coordinate with inventory and CRM teams for stock availability
• Ensure compliance with company policies and retail SOPs

 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in jewellery or luxury retail sales
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with strong sales skills
• Knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery preferred
• Presentable personality and professional attitude
