Job Description
Overlook day to day running of store operations at Thane & Dombivali
• Responsible for the smooth functioning of the stores
• Ensure good display & regular replenishment of goods
• Managing counter sales team, motivating and training them to perform better
• Conduct marketing and sales promotional activites for business development
• Inventory management and stock control
• Implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and new operational procedures.
