### Role Overview

We are looking for a friendly and presentable Counter Sales Executive who can assist customers, showcase jewellery confidently, and drive sales through excellent service and product knowledge.

### Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a polite and engaging manner 

- Understand customer needs (wedding, gifting, daily wear) and suggest suitable jewellery 

- Showcase products attractively and explain features, pricing, and styling 

- Upsell and cross-sell (e.g., earrings + necklace sets) 

- Maintain display cleanliness and stock arrangement 

- Handle basic billing and coordinate with the team 

- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business

### Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (jewellery preferred) 

- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English required) 

- Well-groomed and presentable personality 

- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn 

- Ability to handle customers confidently

### Salary & Benefits

- ₹13,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)

- 10–11 hours shift (including breaks)
