Job Description

Location – Andheri West, Near by DN nagar metro station

 

Roles & Responsibility -


Position Details – Client Relationship Manager

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

• Handle client queries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.

• Follow up regularly with clients regarding orders, payments, feedback, and ongoing services.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and timely support.

• Provide complete information about company products and services to clients and participants.

• Maintain client records, track interactions, and ensure excellent after-sales service experience.


Please Note –

• Office Timing - 10 AM to 7 PM

• Working Days - Monday to Saturday
