Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated Junior Program Associate – Coding and Robotics who will support curriculum development, assist in teacher evaluations, and ensure the quality and functionality of robotics kits and learning modules. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation and an interest in STEM education.
Work Experience- 2-3 years in robotics field
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Assist in developing and updating coding and robotics curriculum content.
2. Support in conducting technical rounds/interviews for teacher selection.
3. Test and validate robotics kits, components, and activities before deployment.
4. Assist in creating and reviewing lesson plans, assignments, and student projects.
5. Provide basic technical support to teachers for classroom delivery.
6. Help in designing simple AI/coding-based activities and exercises.
7. Support in documentation, reports, and content standardization.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Robotics, Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of electronics, sensors, microcontrollers, and programming.
Interest in curriculum development and STEM education.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Prior internship/project experience in robotics or coding is a plus.
