Customer Care Executive

Job Title: Customer Support Telecaller – Insurance SalesJob Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller who has prior experience in selling insurance policies and handling customer interactions over calls. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in English, a persuasive approach, and the ability to understand customer needs to recommend suitable insurance products.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell insurance policies
• Handle inbound customer queries related to insurance products, services, and policy details
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate insurance plans
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and terms clearly and confidently
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
• Handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing and customer support
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in telecalling, preferably in insurance sales or BFSI sector
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and comprehension)
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
• Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving abilities
• Preferred Qualifications:Experience in selling life, health, or general insurance products
• Prior experience in call centers or tele-sales roles
• Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance
