Job Title:Non-Motor Insurance Agent

Job Overview:We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Non-Motor Insurance Agent to expand our insurance vertical. The role involves sourcing, advising, and closing insurance policies for non-motor products such as health, life, property, and business insurance.
- Key Responsibilities:Generate leads for non-motor insurance products (Health, Life, Property, Fire, Marine, etc.)
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Handle end-to-end sales process: lead generation → pitch → closure
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Provide post-sales support and renewal follow-ups
- Products to Sell:Health Insurance
- Life Insurance
- Property Insurance
- Fire Insurance
- Marine Insurance
- SME / Business Insurance
- Requirements:Experience in insurance sales (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of insurance products
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Laptop/Smartphone required for operations
- Preferred Candidate Profile:Prior experience in insurance/loan/financial sales
- Existing client network is a plus
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
