Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 12–15 Inside Sales Representatives
Monitor calling activities, lead follow-ups, and conversions
Drive B2B sales and support deal closures
Track performance and provide coaching & training
Manage sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets
Prepare sales reports and collaborate with marketing & operations teams
Requirements
3–5 years of B2B/Inside Sales experience
1–3 years of team handling experience preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Experience with CRM tools and target-driven environments
