International Marketing Executive (Fresher)

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and ambitious fresher to join our team as an International Marketing Executive for promoting herbal extracts, nutraceutical ingredients, and wellness raw materials in global markets.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in exports, B2B sales, international business, and global client management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate international leads through LinkedIn, trade portals, Apollo, Google research, exhibitions, and databases
• Contact potential overseas buyers via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and calls
• Coordinate with export customers for enquiries, samples, quotations, and follow-ups
• Prepare professional email campaigns and product presentations
• Follow up actively and convert enquiries into confirmed sales orders
• Support export documentation and order coordination
• Research international markets, competitor pricing, and buyer trends
• Maintain CRM / lead management reports
• Assist management in growing exports for Europe, USA, Middle East, Asia markets

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA Fresher
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong confidence and positive attitude
• Good computer skills (Excel, Email, Internet Research)
• Willingness to learn international business
• Smart personality and professional behavior

Preferred:

• Knowledge of nutraceutical / pharma / herbal products
• Experience in internships / sales / marketing
• Additional foreign language skills preferred

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on candidate profile)
• Attractive incentives on successful sales order closures
• Incentives will be paid on a fixed percentage basis linked to confirmed business generated
• Higher the sales order value, higher the incentive earning potential
• High performers can earn incentives exceeding their monthly fixed salary
