Job Description

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
  • Respond to customer queries via chat or email (if non-voice process)
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when required
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
  • Follow company guidelines, scripts, and quality standards
  • Meet performance metrics such as:
  • Average Handling Time (AHT)
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
  • First Call Resolution (FCR)
