Job Description
To drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding Arth Vritt Capital Services market presence in the finance & management consulting space.
Identify and develop new business leads through networking, referrals, and market research
Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and capability presentations to prospective clients
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporates, MSMEs, and promoters
Coordinate with internal teams (debt syndication, CFO services, real estate finance) to structure and cross-sell service offerings
Track pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups using CRM tools
Represent ArthVritt at industry events, seminars, and financial forums
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Build team below him
Negotiate and close mandates with clients
