Job Description

Note :Candidate must be able to communicate in Telugu.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via calls and emails.
  • Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and service standards.
  • Follow banking compliance and process guidelines.
  • Update customer interactions accurately in the system.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 6 Months of Banking/BFSI BPO Experience
  • Telugu Language Mandatory
  • Good English, Hindi & Telugu Communication Skills (B2 Level or Above)
  • Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
  • Immediate Joiners Preferred

Salary:

  • Up to ₹4.7 LPA CTC (Based on experience and interview performance)

Shift Details:

  • Day Shift
  • 6 Days Working
  • Sunday Fixed Off
