Job Description

About Role - The Customer Relations Executive is responsible for managing client accounts in assigned areas, ensuring client retention, maintaining steady or growing sales of each product, and identifying cross-selling opportunities. The role is focused on building strong relationships with existing clients and achieving sales consistency across Glutape’s product portfolio.


Key Responsibilities

• Client Retention and Relationship Development

• Area-Based Sales Growth and Consistency per Product

• Cross-Selling within Product Portfolio 


Major Tasks & Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with clients in designated areas, ensuring satisfaction and consistent or increasing product purchases.

• Track and analyze sales per product to maintain or grow purchasing levels within the current client base

• Maintain CRM records to track client interactions, product sales, and cross-selling opportunities

• Identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales and meet retention goals

• Meet monthly and quarterly targets for client retention, product sales growth, and overall sales performance

• Attend training sessions on new products and sales strategies

• Work with the Business Development Team to support new client onboarding and retention


Skills & Abilities

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and an understanding of cross-selling and sales consistency techniques.

• Client Engagement, Area-Based Sales Management, CRM Usage, Cross-Selling, Retention Strategies Preferred Background

• Experience in B2B customer relationship management with a focus on client retention and growth across multiple products.
