Location: Malad, Andheri, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Bhayandar

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹55,000 In-hand + Attractive Incentives

Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for International Voice Process roles across multiple locations. This opportunity is open for HSC/Graduate freshers as well as experienced candidates looking to build a career in the BPO industry. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls in an international voice process

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns

• Maintain service quality and ensure customer satisfaction

• Follow company policies and process guidelines

• Update customer details and maintain proper records

Eligibility Criteria:

• HSC or Graduate

• Freshers can apply

• 0–5+ years of experience

• Strong English communication skill

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts (UK, US & AUS)

• Willing to work in a voice process

• Relevant education and experience documents are mandatory

Job Details:

• Work from Office

• 5 days working with 2 rotational offs

• One-side transportation provided

• Retention bonus available in select processes

• No relocation options available
