Job Opening – Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Industry: Entertainment (Game Zone)

Eligibility:

• Minimum 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and assist them with game-related inquiries.
• Explain how to play the games and ensure customers have a fun and enjoyable experience.
• Handle billing, payments, and cashiering responsibilities accurately.
• Maintain a friendly environment while providing excellent customer service at all times.

Working Hours & Schedule:

• 9-hour shift per day
• 1 weekly off
• Public holidays and weekends are working days

Shift Timings:

Female Candidates (Rotational Shifts):

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Male Candidates (Rotational Shifts):

• 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Important:

• Candidates must be available for all shifts during the first 15 days after joining.
